Quite often the first step in purchasing a new sectional building is working out how best to use the space you have available.

We can visit your property, have a measure up and advise you on the best type and size of building to maximise the space you have and to fit your requirements perfectly. 
We can also provide advice on any planning issues you may encounter.

Old Building Dismantling & Removal

Before you can take delivery of your new building you might have an existing, old building that needs removing.

We can dismantle any old buildings and remove them for you and we are licensed asbestos carriers so we can even remove old asbestos buildings for you.

Concrete Base Laying

It is possible that before your new building can be erected you may need to have a new concrete base laid. Sometimes concrete bases that have been down for many years are not suitable to erect a heavy building on, or maybe there is no base at all!
In these circumstances we can lay a fresh new concrete base to ensure that your new building has the perfect foundation to sit on. After all, it's true what they say, a sectional building will only be as good as the base it sits on!

We will be able to determine during the site survey whether you need a new concrete base, or you can just contact us direct for a quote.
